This hotel's location is convenient, with shopping malls and a supermarket just a short walk away, and it's only a 5-minute drive to Toowoon Bay Gallery.

The staff was very very helpful, provided me with a practical studio suite. I had a nice view of the rear from my window. The location was comfortable and perfect, at a short distance from North Entrance Beach. The service was great, including an easy check-in.

Separate bedroom. A wide array of facilities such as: a lounge and a kettle. Excellent staff interactions. Convenient and handy location, within walking distance of everywhere.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, equipped with budget-friendly soap and coffee making facilities. ☕.

we had a lovely stay at Brook By Nightcap Plus. the check-in was a breeze, our room was spacious with a beautiful view of nature, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. the hotel's modern farmstay concept and serene surroundings made for a peaceful retreat. the convenient location near a mall and train station added to the overall positive experience. Free amenities like wifi, parking, and welcome drinks were a nice touch.

This hotel has a great location close to shopping centers and transportation. Guests can easily go around the area and explore thanks to the central location just around the corner from a huge shopping center. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with convenient parking right outside the door.

Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The bed was comfortable, helpful staff, nice clean rooms, great location near shopping center and hospital, easy parking.

I appreciated the free breakfast and daily room servicing. the hotel itself was disappointing. the room was old and smelled musty, the bathroom was dirty, and the carpet was stained. the sheets on the bed were clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here, even for the low price.

We recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel and it was surprisingly comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with a lot of room to move around. The complimentary breakfast packs, which were delicious, was particularly appreciated and the nearby shopping centre had everything we could possibly need. The staff were all welcoming as well, helping us with anything we required.

The strong smell of air freshener in the room made us wonder what odour it was hiding. Unfortunately, the fan only had two settings, high and off, and we found it too noisy on high to leave on while sleeping.

The Brook By Nightcap Plus provided an excellent bed and all the facilities I required for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for my needs and the staff was consistently accommodating and polite. The room was cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable. Despite a few maintenance issues, such as a broken towel rail and a broken shelf, my overall experience was positive. The water pressure in the shower was great, and I enjoyed the convenience of a good fridge and a hot water system. I will definitely consider staying at The Brook By Nightcap Plus again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, great amenities, and friendly staff. The hotel is close to shops and transport, and adjacent to a large busy shopping centre. I appreciated the ample parking space, clean and freshly painted rooms, and comfortable beds. The shower's water pressure was great, and the sheets were reasonable quality. The duty reception staff were friendly and accommodating.
